Instructions for Registering for Conferences

REGISTRATION FOR CONFERENCES

If you need help, PLEASE call the office (465-7700)

To login, type in the address: mepp.wingsnw.com

Click on Login and scroll down to the username and password. Type in your user name and password. (Call the office if you have forgotten your password).

You should now see “Welcome and your user name” in the top left corner. This means you are logged into the program.

To make an appointment:
Under FAMILY Click on “Choose a Student” in the left column
Click on “Student ID” (this may say “None”)

Under CLASSES Click on “Find a Class” in the left column

Find the heading "TYPE", click on the drop down and choose "Conference". In addition, if you would like to see the available conference schedule for a specific teacher only, click on the drop down menu under the heading "TEACHER". Scroll down to "Search".

You will find all available conferences that apply to your specific search. Choose the one you are interested in and click on the “green plus sign.” If this is the conference time that you are interested in; click on “enroll”.

To cancel an appointment:
Under FAMILY Click on “Choose a Student” in the left column Click on “Student ID”

Under CLASSES Click on “Find a Class” in the left column

Find the heading "TYPE", click on the drop down and choose "Conference" or "Student-Led". Scroll down to "Search".

Click on the “Red X” to drop that class

Confirm drop by clicking on “Drop this class”
