Directions for Offsite Progress Reports

Click on Choose a Student once you are into the program
This should take you to the STudent's Learning Plan
Scroll down to the place where it says Offsite Class Progress
Click on that
You should see a statement that says how many classes where progress is due next to a month (for example, Oct. 2006)
Click on the month; that should take you to a page where all of your classes are shown
Choose yes/no for satisfactory progress and add a comment as to specifics or pages covered
Under Action, click Submit for Approval for each class
