We have had to change our deadline to April 16th for using allocation funds for reimbursement, purchase requests or school activities. We have had to do this in order to meet district deadlines. Please note that the 4th quarter allocations have been released for your use for the Spring Semester.
We have let the instructors know so they can get out the information for any activities they are planning that require the use of allocation funds. (This includes the year-end trip and activities.) This will help you plan the 4th quarter for your students & family. Additionally, the Usborne Book Fair has been moved to February 15-22 to adjust for this change.

Monthly Progress for Offsite classes may be submitted beginning the 25th of each month
ALL monthly progress must be in by the last day of the month to be in compliance with state law.
A $20 fine will be charged for each student whose monthly progress is not submitted in time.
BASIC INSTRUCTIONS
1. Choose your student. This should take you to their learning plan.
2. Click on “Offsite class progress” which is in the Summary section at the top of the Learning plan.
3. Click on the current month due Month Year
4. This takes you to the screen "Offsite Class Progress" which has these instructions:
For each offsite class below, please indicate whether satisfactory progress was made for the month of Oct 2009, and include comments (for example, "completed Unit 3", or "working on project", or "struggling with fractions"). If the class was completed or dropped during the month, please indicate that as well.
5. Submit for Approval when you are done with each class.
6. WARNING: You must click on at the bottom of the page. The "Save as draft" option at the end of each Offsite Class does not save the information until the at the bottom of the page is selected!
Also, please remember that WINGS times out after a short time, so save often!!!
